Professional Bio:
Jutirani Talukdar is a Senior Associate at our esteemed office with a practice focused on Civil and Commercial litigation, Arbitration, and consumer disputes. She advises and represents clients in complex commercial matters, combining strong legal research with practical litigation experience.

Ms. Talukdar graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. During her academic tenure, she interned with leading law firms, multinational Companies including Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd and government institutions; the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR). She subsequently completed her professional traineeship with R.K. Dewan & Co., where she gained valuable experience in litigation, intellectual property, and commercial law.

She has been actively involved in high-value arbitration proceedings, including matters on behalf of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). She has also assisted the Learned Solicitor General of India and the Learned Additional Solicitor General of India in arbitration proceedings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, contributing to significant Constitutional and Commercial matters.

A dedicated legal researcher, Ms. Talukdar has authored more than 25 publications in National and International journals. Her research has received recognition among the Top 100 legal research paper competitions. She was also awarded a Letter of Recommendation by former Hon’ble Chief Justice of India (Retd.), Justice Dipak Misra.

Ms. Talukdar has been appointed as a Local Commissioner by the Court of the Learned District Judge (Commercial)-03, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. She has also been appointed as Amicus Curiae by the Hon”ble Supreme Court of India in proceedings before a Bench comprising Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Karol and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Nongmeikapam Kotiswar Singh.
