We, Aegis Legal LLP (Advocates & Solicitors) are a full service, independent and multidisciplinary Law Firm dedicated to legal services to our domestic and international clients which includes Individuals, Public, Private and Multinational Companies, PSUs and other corporate entities, across the Country and abroad. The firm was incorporated in April 2008 under Section 12 of Limited Liability Act, 2008 vide LLP Reg. No. AAF-4279, having registered office at: A-420, LGF, Defence Colony, New Delhi-110024, India.
We have expertise and experience in multiple jurisdictions of Laws. We emphasize on identifying the client’s needs down to the last detail, ensuring that our work is technically faultless and ultimately managing our cases to surpass our client’s expectations. Our firm has distinct experience in Corporate and General Litigation irrespective of its level and forum, Corporate Consultancy and Alternate Dispute Resolutions (ADR).
As far as litigation is concerned, we practice law at every forum and at every possible areas of law, which suits the need and requirements of our clients.
